Abstract
Inorganic Chemistry is the major professional foundation courses of the applied chemistry,the chemical engineering and technology,biological engineering and water supply and drainage engineering,is also the basis of analytical chemistry,organic chemistry and physical chemistry courses. According to the fact that teaching hours of inorganic chemistry were decreasing continuously and the teaching content was more and more rich,from the character and function of the course,the location of teaching objectives,optimization of teaching contents,reform of teaching methods and comprehensive utilization of teach tactics,the course teaching of inorganic chemistry were studied and discussed. The reforms were carried out in teaching practices and the teaching quality of inorganic chemistry course has been significantly improved in practice.
