Research on Security Situation in Physical Education Teachers under New Countryside Voluntary Education in Henan Province

By dint of document research method,questionnaire method and specialist method,the security contents such as PE teacher system,distribution and salary covered by countryside physical education in Henan Province were investigated.Results indicated that the distribution of PE teacher in middle and high school in Henan Province was unreasonable.The artistic appreciation was low and so was salary.The introduction of high quality PE teacher was hard.Those factors were the main reasons that restricted the development of countryside PE teaching.Relevant countermeasures on improving and strengthening PE education in countryside area were proposed.
