Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method to determine the ranitidine's content and the related substances of compound ranitidine capsules.METHODS C_ 18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)was used under room tempretune.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.05mol·L -1 lemon acid solution(adjusted pH to 3.5 with triethylamine)(15∶85).The detection wavelength was set at 314nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min -1 and injection volume was 10μL.RESULTS The calibration curves of ranitidine was linear in the range of 80~320μg·mL -1 (r=0.9999).The average recoveries were 100.1%,RSD=1.2%.CONCLUSION This method is Sensitive,accurate,quick and simple.
