I Analysis of hospital quality of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions

Objective:To evaluate the quality of hospital medicine writing,analysis and reasonable drug use.Methods:January 2010 in our hospital in December-2010 prescriptions in our hospital from 15,000,a total of 100 randomly selected 1,200 per month for statistical analysis.Results:273 prescriptions(22.75%) failed,in which non-standard written 148 prescriptions,medication unreasonable prescriptions with l25,while writing is not standardized and there are 18 drug unreasonable prescriptions written analysis Dr.Yu Gebie irregularities which exist.Conclusion:The of Chinese medicine in our hospital there are certain problems,mainly in the written specification and drug stocks irrational,and in the future should be enhanced prescription management,the supervision and inspection and improve quality,and promoting rational drug use.
