Abstract
Objective To investigate analgesic effect of postoperative patient-controlled analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil combined sufentanil in patients undergoing orthopedic operation. Methods 100 patients( ASAI-Ⅱ) were randomly allocated four groups. Group Ⅰ was treated postopervatively with sufentanil 150 μg + NaCl to 100 mL. Group Ⅱ was treated postopervatively with sufentanil 100 μg + flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg + NaCl to 100 mL. Group Ⅲ was treated postopervatively with sufentanil 150 μg + flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg + NaCl to 100 mL. The visul analog scale( VAS),times of PCA and incidence of side effects were recorded at 2,4,12,24 h after operation. Results The VAS of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ at 4,12,24 h and times of PCA was significantly less than group Ⅰ( P 0. 05). The occurrence rates of nausea in group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ( P 0. 05). Ramsay scores of group I and group Ⅲ at 2,4,12 h was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ( P 0. 05). Conclusion Flurbiprofen 1 mg·mL-1combined with sufentanil 1 μg·mL-1can provide satisfactory analgesic effect after orthopedic operation. And incidence of side effects was low.
