Abstract
Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of phloroglucinol combined with lornoxicam for renal colic in clinic. Methods 80 patients with acute renal colic were randomly divided into two groups: Group A: intravenous injection with 8mg lornoxicam, followed by 120 mg phloroglucinol added in 250 mL 5% glucose solution. Group B: intramuscular injection with tramadol 100 mg, followed by intravenous infusion with 10 mg anisodamine added in 250 mL 5% glucose solution. The analgesic effects and adverse reactions within 30 min after the treatment were observed. Results The analgesic effect was significantly better and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the treatment group compared with that in control group (P0.05). Conclusions Phloroglucinol combined with lornoxicam has fast and defined therapeutic effect, less side effect and no addiction in treating acute biliary colic and renal colic, which is worth promoting in clinic.
