Application Value of CT-guided Percutaneous Biopsy in Detecting the Lesions of the Thoracic and Lumbar

Objective To analyze the application value of CT-guided percutaneous biopsy in detecting the lesions of the Thoracic and lumbar.Methods 12 cases no clear diagnosis of the disease in patients with thoraco and lumbar use of CT-guided percutaneous biopsy method of diagnosis.There were 8 male and 4 female,from 12 to 84 years old,with an average age 45 years.The accuracy and safety of biopsy were analyzed.Results All of the 12 patients were successful punctured,no pathologic results in 1 patients due to less samples,material satisfaction rate was 91.6%.No minor and serious complications.All of the 12 patients were operated,the corresponding results were obtainedin 10 casess,biopsy accuracy rate of 90.9%.Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous biopsy of the spinal lesions is an accurate and minimally invasive diagnosis method.It plays an important role in the differential diagnosis of spinal lesions.
