Abstract
The peasant is a special social stratum of contemporary China.They endure much unfair treatment in such respects as economy,politics and education.By analysis on the intension of peasant,the occupational characteristics of peasant and the situation of occupational peasant,the article tries to understand the peasant correctly and to solve the problem of peasant.
