Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of serum cystatin C(CysC) level in prediction of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome(PIH). Methods 128 cases with PIH were selected as the research object in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012,according to the condition of patients with PIH were divided into the simple 78 cases of gestational hypertension and preeclampsia and gestational hypertension and 50 cases of normal pregnancy, and the same period,100 cases were treated in our hospital as the control group, the serum creatinine(SCr),CysC and urine protein content three groups of maternal were detected respectively,at the same time correlation of SCr,CysC and urinary protein were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, significant increase in pregnancy-induced hypertension and preeclampsia patients with elevated serum CysC levels, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),the content of CysC was significantly higher than that of patients with preeclampsia pregnancy in-duced hypertension patients, the difference was statistically significant( P0.05).The correlation analysis,CysC and SCr(r=0.458,P=0.001) and urinary protein(r=0.612,P=0.005) were positively related. Conclusion CysC can be used as an important predictor for evaluation of patients with PIH,patients with urinary protein and CysC results and take corresponding measures on maternal, timely termination of pregnancy, which can ensure the health of mother and infant.
