Abstract
The association between people always aims at satisfying some kind of physical or spiritual demand between them. However, the successful association depends not only on people's identical demand or bilateral-beneficial results, but also on people's identical valuation and harmonious feeling. Credit is an important value in people's association, and having credit is the maximum demand for successful association. The ethical sense of the credit between people includes the ethical demand of credit and the value of credit to the individual and the society.
