The research of dynamic inventory strategy based on supply chain management

Dynamic inventory management by implementing a given inventory control strategy,to achieve the overall optimization of inventory quantity.Application of dynamic inventory Scheduling Strategies to minimize inventory,so as to reduce the risk of the backlog of goods,is one of the current expectations of enterprises.Taking the classical methods of traditional inventory management as the guidance,combined with the current based on the supply chain management mode of inventory control requirements,proposed a kind of carry on the adjustment to the existing inventory structure and quantity by applying the idea of exponential smoothing algorithm for dynamic inventory scheduling strategy,and finally through the experiment data show that this strategy is feasible and practical utility.
