Abstract
Based on the current business situation of D Division,this paper analyzed the features of supply chain and inventory management,found some problems in inventory management,and then presented a new inventory management method-T-1 inventory management.The author discussed the basic idea,composition and structure of T-1 inventory management,and explained why adopt this approach and how to implement it in D Division.Through the establishment of demand forecasting and optimal analysis model,MRP lot size optimization model,and Hub inventory setting model,the basic framework,operation methods and optimization effectiveness of T-1 inventory management have been demonstrated,and the improvement suggestions and optimization solutions to the problems have been explored one by one.
