Abstract
Objective To investigate the method and technological conditions for extraction of procyanidin from Pine Bark. Methods Using ultrasonic extraction method, with water as extraction agent,we compared the solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction times.Based on the single factor test, orthogonal test was used for ultrasonic processing conditions. At the same time, reflux extraction and Soxhlet extraction were compared with ultrasonic extraction. Results The influence factors of yield rate of procyanidin were as follows: solid-liquid ratioextraction timeextraction temperatureextraction times;ultrasonic extractionSoxhlet extractionreflux extraction. Conclusion The optimum conditions were as follows:the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶14,extraction temperature was at 50℃,extracted for 40min and each for 2 times.
