Abstract
In order to study the new technology of polysaccharide extraction in Chinese chestnut, taking Yanlong chestnut as materials, polysaccharide was extracted by using pressurized solvent extraction(APLE) technology. The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide in Chinese chestnut were obtained by single-factor test and orthogonal test. The technology is compared with hot water-assisted extraction,microwave-assisted extraction,acid-assisted extraction and ultrasound-assisted extraction. The results show that the optimum extraction conditions are the extraction temperature of 70 ℃,static extraction time of 8 minutes and extraction pressure of 6 MPa with two cycles. Under these conditions, extraction rate of polysaccharide is up to 20.14%. Pressurized solvent extraction polysaccharide method is supper to the other four methods.
