Objective To study coronary artery disease and symptoms of depression,anxiety disorders,relationships,and observation to give an effective psychological care,antidepressant efficacy measures.Methods(1) From 2011April to 2012 April hospitalization of patients with coronary heart disease70 cases as the experimental group,same physical examination center of the same number of healthy people as control group,Respectively,first by Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) for self-evaluation,and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) 24 rating statistics,observation of relationship between depression and coronary heart disease.(2) Likely to have depression and is sure to have depression in 48 patients with coronary heart disease as the experimental group,consistent with coronary heart disease diagnosis standard hospitalized patients50 cases as the control group,The experimental group in addition to conventional crown expansion,anticoagulant therapy,psychological nursing,antidepressant interventions,while the control group only underwent conventional coronary dilating,anticoagulation therapy.In February June.(1) with annual with Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) for self-evaluation,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) 24were assessed,observe the intervention effect,And compared the incidence of cardiovascular events,and hospitalization rate,the average number of days of hospitalization,hospitalization average cost.Results(1) Coronary heart disease and depression,anxiety disorder exists positive relation,but also a negative relationship.(2) Timely interventions,efficacy significantly,But also can reduce the burden of family and society.Conclusion In patients with coronary heart disease should be strengthened two grade prevention,and intervention of psychological Disorder.
