Abstract
The three-factor-three-level response surface experiment was established to select the optimum extraction scheme of phenolic compounds from sweet potato leaves in this study. The results showed that optimum extraction scheme was as follows: alcohol concentration 80%,liquid material ratio 1∶25(W/V),distilled 26 minutes. This optimum scheme was stable in extraction amount, simple in operation and feasible in practice.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
