Abstract
【Objective】 Sufentanil combined with propofol in elderly patients with painless gastroscopy anesthesia.【Methods】 From January 2008 to January 2010 in our hospital 160 cases of patients underwent endoscopy who were randomly divided into sufentanil + propofol group (observation group) and fentanyl + propofol group (control group),80 cases each.Observation group:10~15 s in slow intravenous sufentanil 0.1 μg/kg,and then in the 15 s in uniform infusion of propofol 1 mg/kg.Patients with sleep, loss of eyelash reflex, steady breathing after upper gastrointestinal endoscopy examination.Control group:10~15 s in slow intravenous fentanyl 0.5 μg/kg,and then in the 15 s in uniform infusion of propofol 1 mg/kg induction and maintenance of anesthesia. Two groups of patients into the mirror when coughing and movement in response to clear each time additional propofol 0.5 mg/kg to enhance and maintain anesthesia. Two groups were observed and recorded before the inspection, examination, inspection of the blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation changes, and operating time.【Results】Two groups of patients showed that HR,BP decreased more than in the normal range (P 0.05),SPO2 changes in two groups showed no significant difference (P 0.05).【Conclusion】Sufentanil in combination with propofol in elderly patients with painless gastroscopy analgesic effect, safe and comfortable,no pain, should be clinically, widely promoted.
