Abstract
It is significant to analyze the urban-rural differences in health expenditures and health finance in China currently,to reduce the gaps in health finance and to explore the feasibility of achieving the goal integrated for health security system between urban and rural area.The data on health financing and utilization was collected in retrospective ways and the growth of per capita health expenditures, as well as the reasons of induced the differences,was analyzed.The results showed that the health security and health financing of urban and rural were quite different.It is precondition for achieve the goal of integration in health security to narrow the gap between them.
