Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of main component in camphor cream by programmed temperature GC. METHODS: The determination of sample was performed on AT SE-54 quartz capillary column;programmed temperature: the initial temperature was kept at 60 ℃ for 5 minutes with a temperature rising rate at 10 ℃·min-1,and the terminal temperature was kept at 180 ℃ for 5 min;the temperature at injector was kept at 130 ℃;the temperature of FID detector was kept at 215 ℃;the sample size was 2 μL. Camphor cream was placed in hot water-bath and dissolved by methanol, which was then placed in ice-bath for filtration and determination. RESULTS: The linear concentration range of camphor was 10~120 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 8) and its average recovery rate was 101.41% ~103.04% (RSD0.56%). CONCLUSION: The meth-od is simple, accurate and rapid, and it is applicable for the control of the concentration of main component in camphor cream.
