Abstract
In this paper,the Kaolinite /humic acid complex was prepared,and sorption of Cu2+,Cd2+,Cr3+ on the Kaolinite /humic acid complex was studied.The results showed that humic acid can modified the Kaolinite to improve its adsorption capacity.The adsorption capacity of these three kinds of heavy metal ions increased when pH increasing and decreased when the ionic strength increasing.The sorption kinetic characteristics of these three kinds of heavy metal ions on Kaolinite-humic acid complex was also studied,and it was found that Elovich equation and One-level kinetic equation can adequately describe the kinetic sorption procedures.
