Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the traditional Chinese Wenshenyangxue and Qieyutongli treatment on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods In the clinical trials,60 patients with PCOS were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group was underwent the traditional Chinese Wenshenyangxue and Qieyutongli treatment, while the control group was treated by clomiphen.After 3 months,compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results After 3 months,the total efficacy ratio was 86.67% in treatment group and 76.67% in control group,although there was no statistical difference between two groups (P0.05).Furthermore, significant difference was shown in aspects of traditional Chinese clinical symptoms (P0.01).The levels of LH and T were decreased in both two groups,and the treatment group was lower than control group (P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion According to the research, it provided that traditional Chinese medicine could improve the symptoms of PCOS and make the quality of life better.
