Study on Emergency Management Model for Accidents in Chemical Industry Park

Abstract

Characteristics and risk of chemical industry park was analyzed,and emergency management model of chemical industry park was established including risk control,emergency rescue force,emergency response platform,emergency organization,emergency plan and operation mechanism. Then countermeasures of emergency management for chemical industry park was put forward that chemical industry park should take monitoring of major hazard installations,regional risk assessment and land use plan as key points to construct risk control and management system,enhance the emergency response capability of emergency rescue force including governmental public emergency rescue team and enterprise self-operated emergency rescue team,set up organization system and operation mechanism for emergency response and emergency management according to present management system,form emergency plan system including general plan,special plan and on-site plan and so on.
