Abstract

The concept of civil society is a basic category in Marx's works.Marx's civil society thought has an evolution and promotion process from the critical of law philosophy to the analysis of politics and economics.Marx's civil society thought is not only the theoretical break when Marx established the historical materialism,moreover is also an important link in the history of civil society thinking.
