Many innovative rural circulation came out after the policy of balance urban and rural It is good for resource allocation and realizing the integration of urban and rural development. The article will try to introduce three modes named land marketing from Shenzhen, double replacement from Wuxi and land ticket from Chongqing in this paper and reach a comparative analysis of three transfer modes through analyzing their common reasons in transferring and their differences in characteristic, villagers' income and follow- up questions.
