Abstract
Based on Chinese journal databases and CSSCI,using bibliometric methods,taking Information Science 2003 to 2008 as an example,this paper performs a quantitative survey on published papers,citations.An example from 2003 to 2007 of this journal is also used for cited,reader and impact factor statistics in this article.It demonstrates the academic level and impact of this magazine in China.An objective basis for the development of the journal is hoped.
