Abstract

The Cooperation Pattern of Civil Litigation means to bring the subjective initiative of judges and all parties and its effects into full play in civil litigation. In this pattern of litigation, the judges and all parties promote the civil litigation progress cooperatively. It’s the inevitable result of China’s Civil Litigation Theory’s development, the urgent needs of China’s Civil Justice Reform and the internal requirements of China’s Socio-economic development.
