Abstract
Today,it's hot to analyse XML query optimization.Structural join operations are central in XML query processing.As join operation to relational database,structural join order selection is at the heart of query optimization in an XML database.In this paper,analyze the basic structural join algorithms and introduce a new algorithm,this algorithm can effectively reduce index spaces.
