Abstract
A study was conducted with the method of inequal temperature thermogravimetric analysis on the thermogravimetric characteristic of rice straw combustion and influence of different experimental conditions upon the thermogravimetric characteristic of the rice straw. The results show that the rice straw ignition temperature rises with the increase of the temperature increasing rate, of the sample quality and of the grain diameter. The combustion rate increases with the increase of the temperature increasing rate,the sample quality and the decrease of the grain diameter.
