Dilemma of New Industrialization of Hunan Industrial Enterprises and Its Countermeasures

As a great agricultural province as well as a great farmer province,Hunan Province has carried out the strategy of industrialization promoting urbanization according to the current situation,and it has also pushed forward the course of industrialization and speeded up the process of the transformation from a great agricultural province to a powerful economic province.At present the proportion of the industrial enterprises with high technology content in Hunan is somewhat low,while the proportion of the resources-type industrial enterprise with the high energy consumption is high,and the informationization construction degree of the industrial enterprises is not high.The new industrialization of Hunan's industrial enterprise should persist in commanding the enterprise development with the scientific development view,speed up the technology advancement,choose the path of formalization and intensification,integrate positively with the international standard,establish the enterprise system and the mechanism driving the utilization of the scientific research and the technology in the production.
