Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis, differentiate diagnosis and prognosis of the quantitative bedside-testing of troponin I(cTnI) in acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods: Serum cTnI and CK-MB levels were measured in 60 ACS patients,23 of them were AMI,37of them were UAP,24 of them were none-cadiac chest-pain(control group). Results: Serum cTnI and CK-MB levels in the AMI group were higher than those of UAP group and the control group(P0.0001).cTnI levels in UAP group were higher than those of the control group(P0.001).CK-MB levels haven't striking differences(P0.05),The cTnI positive rate in UAPⅢ were higher than those of UAPⅠand UAPⅡ(P0.001).Conclusion: It is shown that the quatitative bedside-testing of cTnI is a convenient,time-saving method in the differentiate diagnosis and prognosis in ACS.
