Abstract

This paper builds the innovation environment index system which is based on the previous works on dimensions of innovation environment and on the characteristics of high-tech zone. Then the paper builds an evaluation model of high-tech zone innovation environment which is based on the matter-element analysis and fuzzy set theory and Euclid approach degree. By carrying out empirical research on the nine high-tech zones, it provides a scientific basis for enhancing innovation environment of high-tech zone.
