Abstract

Objective To explore the changes and clinical significance of serum cardiac enzymes and cTnT in patients with tetarmine poisoning. Methods Levels of serum cardiac enzymes aminotransferase(AST),creatine kinase(CK),lactic dehydrogenase(LDH),α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH),CK isoenzyme and cTnT were measured in 40 patients with acute tetarmine poisoning,They were compared to that of health group and AMI group. Results The levels of serum myocardial enzyme in patients with acute tetarmine poisoning were singnificantly higher than that of health group(P0.05),But positive rate was singnificantly lower than that of AMI group(P0.01).Conclusion The rise of serum myocardial enzymes was related to convulsion of skeletal muscle, hypoxic brain and the myocardial injury. Its wasn't only standard for accessing myocardial injury.
