The theory of traditional property rights'object has limitations.In the face of environmental crisis,its specific and exclusive characteristics should be accordingly amended,and the object of property rights category should be accordingly extended.Environmental resources as the object of property rights faces two puzzledom:the pursuit of the ecological value of property and understanding of the concept of property.Environmental resources as the object of property rights is feasible,because the environment that is to become the object of property rights must be useful,specific and can be dominant characteristics,and may be necessary to measure.
