Abstract

Objective To study differences of glomerular filtration rate measured by renal dynamic imaging method and double plasma method. Methods All 108 cases of kidney disease patients received Gates radionuclide renal dynamic imaging by renal dynamic imaging to get the glomerular filtration rate, then implemented intravenous injection of 99mTc-DTPA, blood were collected at two time periods(2 h, 4 h), radioactive material was calculated in 1 ml of plasma, calculated glomerular filtration rate using double plasma method, adopted double plasma method to calculate the glomerular filtration rate, finally analyzed determination results of renal dynamic imaging method and dual plasma method. Results The average was 49.76 with renal dynamic imaging method, while 45.39 with double plasma method, the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion No significant correlation was found between the two methods for detection results, but the detection of renal dynamic imaging method index is comprehensive, combination of two methods should be used for the determination of glomerular filtration rate.
