Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influencee of Shenfu injection on cardiac protection in patients undergoing coronary artery grafting under cardio-pulmonary bypass.Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into Shenfu group and control group.The Shenfu group was treated with 1 ml/kg Shenfu injection by intravenous infusion 30 min before anesthesia,and the control group was infused with 1 ml/kg saline.The following indices were observed during surgery: 1.hemodynamic changes;2.dose of vaso-active drugs use;3.CK-MB、cTnI、LDH and DA/NTG.Results: MAP was higher and HR、CVP were lower in Shenfu injection group(P0.05);the dose of dopamine,nitroglycerin were less in Shenfu injection group(P0.05);The levels of myocardial enzyme spectrum and cTnI were much lower in Shenfu group than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Shenfu injection could protect cardiac function in the patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting.
