Preliminary Analysis on Change of Statistic Index of Unemployment Rate Affect to Measure Unemployment

A statistic figure on unemployment rate,which can meet international criterion,was in short for quite some time in China,so the true situation can not be reflected by scientific statistic figure of employment and unemployment. At present,China is being on the process of sharp society transform,the number of unemployed population is enlarging constantly,but the unemployment rate in population of cities and towns was 4.2% in the yearbook of 2005,which is rather difficult to reflect timely the true status of unemployment,and then running status of national economic.The unemployment rate was investigated sampling on November 2005 in National Bureau of Statistics of China.In this paper,the methods are clarified to measure unemployment rate in other countries and compare two methods of investigated unemployment rate,which how to influence economic development.
