Thinking on the Construction of Land Market

Abstract

Although land market has brought out remarkable economic efficiency since it was established in China,however land market is still immature,up to now the unified,open,competitive and orderly land market has not yet emerged.In this paper,based on the basic concepts,following the existing problems and their reasons of land market are studied,practical solutions to establishing effective transfer mechanism of land use rights for boosting the development of land market are proposed.
