Investigation of Datong Present Rural Sports and Its Countermeasures

By using research methods of literature, questionnaire and interviews, a study of the rural sports development in current situation was carried out in Datong area.Results show that rural sports in Datong area are in an unmanned management state.Although the sports venues and equipments are well equipped, the lack of specialized management and personnel guidance prevent its development.In order to solve this problem, the article put forward the countermeasures which not only provides some references for the rural sports development, but also gives a new idea for the major setting and employment guidance in the professional sports colleges.
