Abstract
This paper selects an analytical methodology in view of five environmental functions: resource supply,pollutants holding,aesthetics,life supporting and existence value,which helps raise general produces of economic analysis. The paper,therefore,suggests that a special chapter focusing on economic analysis of environmental impact assessment(EIA) should be included in the environmental impact report,economic analysis guideline for environmental impact be worked out and implemented,and post review of economic analysis on environmental impact be carried out.
