Abstract

Based on the research of Environmental Impact Assessment at home and abroad,a comprehensive comparison between Environmental Impact Assessment in Land Use Planning(LUPEIA) and Project Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA)was made.It has not only stated the relation between LUPEIA and EIA but also elaborated their difference in terms of analysing the reference for LUPEIA.It will provide method for the further work of Environmental Impact Assessment.
