The Patent Information Analysis Based on the Citation and the Use of the Patent Information in the Chemical Field

This paper introduces several methods for analyzing the patent information,expounds some indexes of the patent information analysis based on the citation including the patent number,impact index,technological independence,scientific linkage,patent content map,time content map,and citation network,etc.,and points out that in the SCI citations,the patents of the chemical industry account for 53%,the molecular biology and the microbiology,which are the cores of the patent citations,are the most important fields in the citation network.
