Discussion of the Training Mode of Masters’Working Skill

Abstract

In order to cultivate the normal school students’qualities and abilities,we should carry out the teaching concept that theory of teaching is the pilot,skills training is the key,teaching practice promote development.We should insist the practical training mode work skill of theory teaching in school,classroom skill training,initial unelerstanding before educational practice,role education and skill guide during educational practice,improving after educational practice.
