Abstract

Trigeminal neuralgia is a common clinical disease,the incidence rate is 128.8/100*!000.The characteristic manifestation is a serious bursting pain of the face.The some treatment methods,including percutaneous puncture of nerve staff,microvascular decompression,percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation and gamma knife are introduced in this review.Although most of the treatments were improved,none of them can made us satisfied completely.
