Abstract
The gas power set surface radiation sound intensity was measured and analyzed through sound intensity measuring system.Through the measurement results analysis of that,it can be found that the most important noise source positions of the gas power set surface radiation are cylinder head and exhaust port.On this basis,it conducted further analysis of the sound mechanism.According to contrast and analysis of different frequency sound intensity distribution map of each measuring surface,it is recognized the gas power set's noise are mainly combustion noise and exhaust air noise radiated by the cylinder head and exhaust port.Through spectrum analysis,it can be found that gas power set's sound intensity is distributed in wide frequency bandwidth,and has a peak in 1 000 Hz.
