Abstract

The paper mainly explores the ways of how to improve the contract management of engineering programs,and illustrates the method and main points for enhancing the contract management of the engineering programs from the sign of the contracts,the contract management in the implementation stage,and the implementation environment for the contract,so as to have the effective control over the engineering costs and create the maximum benefits.
