Abstract

The paper illustrates and analyzes the current status and problems in the contract management of the architectural projects,points out the effective management for improving the contract management of the architectural projects,emphasizes the improvement of the contract management is the axle of enhancing the program management,so the contract-oriented principle should be advocated and the regulation of the contract management can be done by contracts,and it can ensure the success of the program construction.
