Abstract
Tangshipinhui is a large-scale selected works of Tang poetry in the early Ming dynasty,which took Fujian poet Gao Bing ten years time and efforts to compile it.The work carefully investigated the origin and development of Tang poetry,seriously distinguished Tang poetry's syllable and structure,clearly put forward the poetics concept of viewing the poetry of Prime Tang Dynasty as the Paradigm on the basis of four periods and nine grades,greatly influenced the attitudes that Ming Dynasty's poetry critics towards Tang poetry and the poetic trend of the whole Ming Dynasty.
