An Economical Analysis of the Fiscal Input on Rural Compulsory Education

The inferior quality of agricultural work force is the root of poverty in countryside.We must improve the level of compulsory education in areas in order to change the situation of rural intellectual poverty.The thesis makes use of Public Finance to define the compulsory education of the countryside,and analyses the problems of the present system of compulsory education.At last I draw a conclusion that the government is responsible for compulsory education and the government should take financial measures to support the development of compulsory education.Only through the perfection of government policy and strengthening financial support can the compulsory education change its unfavorable condition and thrive in the future.
