The Analyses of Some Diagmostic Indices of PNH in 189 Cases

Objective To analyze the significance of some tests' indices in diagnosing paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria(PNH).Methods PHb test,serum Haptoglobin determination,Ham test,Cobra venom factor hemolysis test,Rous test sucrose hemolysis test and hemiglobin albumin determination were assayed in 189 patients with PNH.Results The patients with arctic anemia accounted for 95.2 %,the patients with WBC reducing accountde for 66.1%,the patients with BPC reducing for 49.2 %,the patients with three lines reducing for 40.7%.The patients with reticulocyte high counts and bone morrow picture low proliferation only accounted for 3.5%.70.6% patients had blood vessel hemolysis.The degree of hemolysis was related to cell counts of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ type PNH in vivo. The results of all avove tests can image pathological characteristics of PNH.Conclusion A group of related tests may be helpful in the differential diagnosis of PNH.
