Abstract

Study on the glucose, fructose, sucrose and soluble starch as standard liquid, potato starch deep-processing waste liquid, the optimum experimental conditions of soluble sugar content of potato starch deep-processing waste liquid determined by Anthrone colorimetry method was determined: potato starch deep-processing waste liquid was heated for 10 minutes, and decolorized with activated carbon.Hydrochloric acid(6 mol/L) was added to the filtrate and the solution boiled for 100 minutes at 105 degrees Celsius.Anthrone(80% concentration sulfuric acid solution) was added. The filtrate was heated in a boiling water bath for 12 minutes and the color system reached its best value at 620 nm absorbance The concentration of sugar followed the Beer's Law in the range of 1-100 μg/ml.The linear correlation was 0.9997.Soluble sugar content of potato starch deep-processing waste liquid from Lingshan,Xichang Kexing Agricultural science and Technology was determined by this method, the relative error was within 1.4% and the recovery of standard addition was between 96.4% and 103.0% which was a satisfied result.
